9TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL COLOR AWARDS HONORS PHOTOGRAPHER MARK COOTE FROM NEW ZEALAND

LOS ANGELES 27 March 2016 - Professional photographer Mark Coote of New Zealand was presented with 3 Nominations in the 9th Annual International Color Awards in the Portrait and Still Life categories at a prestigious Nomination & Winners Photoshow streamed Saturday, March 26, 2016.

The live online gala was attended by over 10,000 photography fans around the globe who logged on to watch the climax of the industry's most important event for color photography.

The international Jury included captains of the industry from Contrasto, Rome; National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne; Whitechapel Gallery, London; DDB, Berlin; Forsman & Bodenfors, Gothenburg; Art Beatus Hong Kong; DB Agency, Milan; InStyle Magazine, New York and Kunst Haus Wien, Vienna who honored Color Masters with 591 coveted title awards and 634 nominees in 33 categories.

"It is an incredible achievement to be selected among the best from the 5,678 entries we received this year," said Basil O'Brien, the awards Creative Director. "Mark's photographs, "Lest We Forget", "Santa" and "Ay Caramba!", exceptional images entered in the Portriat and Still Life categories, represent contemporary color photography at its finest, and we're pleased to present him with the title of Nominee."
